All works performed will be in accordance with the accepted agreement and Luxe Flow Filtration’s standard Terms & Conditions outlined below.
Last updated: 17 October 2025
1. Definitions
“We,” “Us,” and “Our” refer to Luxe Flow Filtration. “You” and “the client” refer to the person or entity engaging our services. “Services” refers to the supply, installation, and maintenance of water filtration systems, including under-sink, whole-home, and shower filtration solutions.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By confirming a quote, paying a deposit, booking a free water test or giving verbal or written approval, you agree to these terms and conditions. This forms a legally binding agreement between you and Luxe Flow Filtration.
3. Quotations & Pricing
Quotes are valid for 7 days from the date issued unless otherwise specified in writing. All pricing is based on the information provided at the time of quoting and may be subject to change if unexpected site conditions arise. Variations or changes in scope will be quoted separately and require client approval.
4. Deposits & Payments
A 40% nonrefundable deposit is required to confirm your booking and secure materials. The remaining balance is payable on the day of installation unless otherwise agreed. All systems remain the property of Luxe Flow Filtration until full payment is received.
5. System Performance Disclaimer
Our filtration systems are designed to reduce various contaminants in line with their specifications. No filtration system can guarantee complete removal of all substances. Results vary depending on water source, existing plumbing, and maintenance. Free in home water tests are indicative only and do not replace certified laboratory testing.
6. Warranty Coverage
All systems installed by Luxe Flow Filtration include a manufacturer’s warranty buy supplier(duration varies by product). We provide a 2 year workmanship guarantee on installations. This excludes damage from misuse, external interference, or neglect. Yearly servicing is recommended to maintain system performance and warranty validity.
7. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring safe and clear access to all installation points, including under sink areas and external plumbing entry points. Any cabinetry, panels, or appliances that must be removed or adjusted for access should be arranged beforehand unless agreed. Luxe Flow Filtration takes care to minimise disruption but is not liable for cosmetic damage to cabinetry, benchtops, or surrounding finishes. Additional charges may apply if delays occur due to lack of access or site preparation.
8. On-Site Conditions
Our team may be required to drill, cut, or modify surfaces such as cabinetry, walls, or benchtops during standard installation. While all care is taken, Luxe Flow Filtration is not liable for any cosmetic damage, chips, cracks, or surface marks, particularly when working with stone, laminate, timber, or tight under sink spaces. If unsafe or hidden site conditions are discovered (such as asbestos, concealed pipes, electrical wiring, or restricted access), we reserve the right to pause work until the issue is resolved. Additional charges may apply for re attendance or unexpected labour.
9. Cancellations
Bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations may incur a 10% fee to cover administrative and scheduling costs.
10. Health & Safety
We follow all applicable safety procedures during installation. If unsafe conditions are identified, work may be suspended until the area is safe.
11. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather, supplier delays, or regulatory changes.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes must be raised in writing within 14 days of installation or invoice. We aim to resolve issues quickly and professionally. Legal action will only be pursued as a last resort. If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, both parties agree to attempt mediation before legal proceedings.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
